This was a great trial 2007', for Phil Spector's murder in 2003' of actor Lana Clarkson.
I love this movie/trial, so compelling... Phil Spector was acquitted the first time, due to his attorney being ill, She wasn't able to retry/represent him; Prosecution sentenced him to 18 years in prison ...
I don't feel Prosecution had enough supporting evidence, w/the circumstantial evidence that was presented, They had no blood splatter test, just a recording of a phone call:

The chauffer saying: You just killed someone, to Phil Spector, How do we know his chauffer didn't kill Lana Clarkson?

Only if his Attorney that represented him, should of closed the trial, so it couldn't have been retried.

I feel Phil Spector is not guilty, he should be eligible for early release, where's the justice in setting GZimmerman, Casey Anthony and OJ Simpson; while Phil Spector sits in prison...hmmm?
